I rarely write reviews but felt compelled to acknowledge for their product and service. I purchased their king size bed frame and was easily able to put it together myself in a timely manner. The packaging was impressive and looked as if the box could have been dropped and still protected the materials inside. The instructions were concise and straightforward and all the necessary tools and materials were packaged together and marked appropriately. The quality of the wood and workmanship exceeded my expectations, particularly given the price, and I couldnt be happier with the way it looks in my bedroom. included some cute thank you cards and a sincere note of appreciation for having purchased their product as well - a nice, simple touch often forgotten by companies.
Great price for a king size frame, and I love that its a super sleek/unobtrusive design. King beds are huge anyway, so I dont think you need a huge frame to go with it. It was very easy to put together (by myself and 9 months pregnant!). My husband and I have stubbed our toes on the poles a few times, but thats not the beds fault :)
