These chairs are beautiful. They are sturdy and perfect for the price. The material is well appointed; very good and easy to integrate the fabrication whether it is that you have leather, wood, or metal furniture . Buy it. Feel certain you won’t regret it
The reason I removed one star is because I found the issue on the arms after I assemble it.
Now I dont know should I disassemble it and return. ☹️
Overall it is a nice chair. Takes me 30 minutes to assemble it. Not too bad.
About the delivery: I originally ordered this in grey. Set up the delivery appointment when I paid, assumed everything was fine, and then when delivery day came...no one showed up, called, texted, or anything. s tracking told me to reach out to the company doing the delivering, and when I did they just said we dont know where it is and well text you when we have it to make an appointment. I had emailed before I called, and the email response was much better—they explained that it appeared the chair was delayed along the way but Id get a text as soon as it was at the local warehouse. Finally, a few days later, emails to say the chair was damaged and wouldnt be delivered. I could reach out to get a replacement or wait for a refund. Grrr. I was ready for the chair NOW, so I went ahead and reordered myself. The grey had a long wait for a delivery appointment, and Id been torn between it and the teal, so I went with the teal since I could get it in about a week. Luckily, the appointment I set up that time when I paid was actually delivered on time.
About the chair: The appeal for me on this one was the depth of the chair. I dont miss my old sectional, but I miss having a chaise on one end. This isnt as deep as a chaise, of course, but its deep enough that I can curl up or have my feet up with no problem. I have a pouf thats the same height so I can stretch my legs out when I want to.
I am actually really glad I ended up with the teal. Im sure the grey wouldve been nice, but the teal is a soft fabric and it adds such a nice pop of color. The seat is comfortable, and is getting even more so as it gets broken in. The back pillow, on the other hand, is the main thing Im less satisfied with. Its very firm and very thick, so I dont feel like Im sinking into the back, and I dont feel like Im getting the maximum depth on the seat. I assume itll get better over time, and Ive tried jumping on it and sitting on it—I even considered taking it apart to see if I can take some of the filling out. The back pillow is truly the thing that keeps it from being perfect for me.
Its not a super heavy chair, but it seems stable and doesnt move around as much on the hardwood floors compared to the other chair (and the one this one replaced). Initially I was a little skeptical about the legs because they are pretty thin, but the design seems solid and though they are thin, they seem solid.
About assembly: The chair arrives in a big box, the pillows detach from the chair itself, so its basically three pieces in the box. It took me a minute to figure out that the legs were bolted into the underneath part (it unzips), mostly because the legs are pretty skinny so I didnt notice them at first. It was kind of a pain to unbolt two of the legs because the bolts were on tight and the angle was awkward. But, I got them out, attached the legs to the chair, and voila! Super easy once I got past my initial struggle.
Bottom line: One bad and one good shipping experience. I comfy, nice looking chair with a too-thick back pillow. I definitely recommend, however the shipping and the back pillow situations should be noted.
This was a quick compromise after wasting over 8 months on a custom order curved MCM sofa that arrived damaged. But its a compromise I can live with after a couple of stressful weeks waiting on delivery. The chair arrived as scheduled but the sofa was delayed a week. All in, it was 3 weeks from ordering to completed delivery. The previous reviews were critical in my decision to purchase these pieces. Their comments about the comfort and beautiful color were very helpful. The comfort and color/fabric and price and speed of delivery were my priorities.
My only disappointment is in the height of the seating. Its a tad lower than I wanted to be a perfect match for my coffee table and side table. Its 17 from floor to top of cushion. I guess thats pretty standard, but its the low end of standard and it wasnt mentioned in the description so if that matters to you, there you go. Id have preferred 2-3 more in seat height. The metal legs are 7 tall so I considered looking around for some 9 gold metal legs which would make this a five-star set for me. I havent found them at my price point yet.
I totally love love love the color and fabric and Im very happy with the overall look and vibe. It goes with my teal/green/gold peacock color pallet goal. The velvet is very pet friendly which was another factor in my decision.
As another reviewer said, the legs are in the zipper compartment on the bottom side.
Overall, its a 4.5 out of 5.
Good:
-Oversized and comfortable.
-Looks better than expected.
-Pillow and cushion are removable for easier maintenance.
Bad:
-Requires leg assembly.
-Arms could be better.
I ordered the Brand – Contemporary Living Room Accent Chair with Wood Base, 34.6W, Fog Grey. I like that the medium gray color and design coordinates well with various styles. The chair is firm and after long term sitting, it does not leave butt dents. The arms are thinner than expected and do not offer very much support. The bottom of the chair includes a zippered compartment that stores the leg parts and hardware. I like that the compartment is reusable as hidden storage.Overall, the chair is a neutral color and style that is great on its own or by adding simple decor, it can be molded into the perfect accent piece.
After speaking directly with the manufacturer, the concerns that I expressed earlier have been addressed completely. I am satisfied with the resolution and they provided Customer Service that exceeded my expectations. Thank you

Chair
Really like the look of the chair, though it is not the most comfortable of chairs. It is what I expected and looks great in the space.
Cute gray lounge chairs
Hard to screw the screws in place
Sized well and comfortable but arms could be better

Love!
Love! Sturdy beautiful just needs a lil more cushion at the edge but I love it
Cute
Cute accent chair, I use it for a reading nook. Only one thing, it’s more light gray than beige but I don’t mind.
