The padding is very hard but softens up after a month or so. The end arm rests are only secured with two bolts and are located poorly. As such, the arm rests bend when you lean on them. Lastly, the stitching is starting to come apart. If you need this couch shirt term its good for the money. Otherwise, Id look elsewhere.
This couch is so big and comfortable! I got scared at first because it only came in two boxes, but the way they pack it together is just ingenious! I paid twice this amount for a piece of junk couch from a major furniture store and it didnt even last a year. I love this couch! good buy!
