VERY Heavy package but easy assembly after opening

The bed frame is really a good deal for the price. It is easier to assemble than most IKEA bed frames. The biggest drawback, however, is the weight of the package the parts ship in. You really need two people to move it around, and good luck if you have stairs. I think it wouldve been better if the manufacturer split up the parts into two or three packages that are easier to lift, hence the 4 star rating for ease of assembly. But if you think you can move the load, this frame is a great affordable option.

Can take a hit from a high speed fan and a thick skull and come out with the least amount of damage

Seriously, this bedframe is worth every single penny. This review may be comedic, but its all true nonetheless and I will always advocate for this brand and this bedframe. I had just moved and needed a new bedframe since my cat had all but destroyed the last one (had padding on it, not the solid wood this one is), so I looked and saw what seemed to be a decent bedframe for a pretty solid price. The wood part is what got my attention as Ive noticed that the better the quality of any product; the longer it will last. Well, as I was setting up the pieces to this exceptionally well/crafted work of art, I completely forgot I had a high speed fan on right above me. When you live in the south, your fan is on pretty much 24/7. So its pretty easy to forget that one has it on as one assembles a solid wooden bedframe. Anyway, I brought one of the pieces up; I think it was the side piece that holds the mattress on it. As I did, the bedframe met the fan and the fan sent the piece back down with interest to my right eye. I spent roughly 4 hours in a hospital immediately afterwards and had to get 5 stitches on a gash I received as penance for my own foolishness to think the world doesnt come with consequences. The next day, I went to the bedframe to see what kind of damage I had caused to it. After all, it did hit a high speed fan that got so damaged I needed a new one and it gave me a dent in my head as well. There was only a tiny dent where the piece met a fan blade, nothing else. Even to this day, I am amed by the truly exceptional craftsmanship of this bedframe! Its worth every penny, can take a hit and come out just fine on the other end, plus it looks fantastic. 10/10, dont recommend the stitches but definitely recommend this incredible bedframe

    Overall satisfied

Overall we like this bed as far as looks and function for the price. It is not made of wood and for whatever reason the finish chips/nicks VERY easily. We plan on getting a black touch up marker or pen

    assembly issue

Fulfilled by . I paid 252. One of the two E parts had holes that were mis/drilled. That part also has a 7 sticker on it. See photo. I used my reciprocating saw to cut/off both the top and the edge of the problem part. After that, it aligned with the holes, but it was too short. That meant it wouldnt touch the ground. I solved that problem by adding 2 adhesive furniture pads under it. Other than the problems described above, it appears to be well made. The instructions were easy to follow, and the included ratchet wrench was helpful. But I should not have had to machine the part myself or improvise like I did.

    Excellence

I was not only pleased with the product but also all the small things did for the customer you dont think of. They send an actual ratchet to assemble the furniture and not a dinky Allen wrench. Additionally their packing foam is covered with plastic so that during box opening foam bits dont get everywhere in your house. They have sticks with numbers correlating to each step of assembly making it extremely easy to follow (really dont even need instructions that how easy). Now for the product itself, its an excellent build. Said Stickers for assembly are placed in locations thatll get covered so no need to remove. It looks great and has great support. The flats are spaced evenly through Velcro strip that unfolds the flats. They are placed by the first one being doweled guaranteeing perfect positioning. They even have a silencing foam for the middle so no noise transfers from the flats to the board they rest on. This product was aming to work with and extremely impressed with the companies ability to think of additional conveniences for the customer outside of just a nice product.
