Each part part was clearly labeled, the hardware was well marked with letters to eliminate the guessing of which bolt is used where, and the usually/annoying styrofoam padding was encased in plastic, so it didnt rub off into little balls everywhere. The product designers put a lot of thought into this item, and it shows. In addition, the solid wood frame is much nicer than Id prepared myself for, in that its very study, with a seamless finish and classy proportions. My 9 yr old has thanked me profusely for his new bedroom addition to replace his old babyish bed frame. I definitely recommend this bed, and am looking at platform beds to replace my queen bed now, as I am a new fan of their design and workmanship, and commitment to details (especially packaging, one of my pets!).
Nice bed it looks really pretty. Even though my other furniture isnt black it still looks nice in the room.I had someone put it together for me. All the parts where delivered plus extras. The only negative thing I could say at the moment is that the wooden planks that go across the frame dont look like they could hold a lot of weight. So far I havent had any issues with the bed but if you have Little kids I wouldnt recommend letting them jump up and down on bed lol.
Not a blemish on the entire unit, pieces fit together like a precision watch, and the stylish jet black gloss bed looks great ! Each joint has both mating pieces numbered 1, 2, 3,. and all you do is put the two numbers together in order, and screw together. Super easy to follow instructions too. Well done Zinus, well done indeed.
