My boyfriend and I are gamers. . We have two of these set up next to each other. They BOTH have one 47inch tv, four gaming consoles, laptops and video games. We kept the back pannel off because the consoles need to have fan space. We liked the height because we sit in computer chairs as gaming chairs so everything is not so close to the ground and felt like that was the hardest measurement to find fitting for our lifestyle. Everything else seemed to be shorter. I will say my stand is bending slightly, but my TV is a little older and heavier. I would repurchases this exact one before buying any others.
Very well made and straight forward construction. It is a VERY SOLID piece and I was impressed by the way it was engineered. I have a 60 screen on it and it seems small! Great purchase and would do it again!
Lots of parts. Easy to follow instructions. Seems like a solid piece of furniture for its price. Has all the room you need for storing DVDs and for placing the electronics. We are using it in the kids area and it is perfect.

I read all the reviews warning how difficult and how long it would take to assemble. My experience was: about 2 hours from opening the box to completely assembled and in place.
I worked on it alone, did not need help from others (though Im 68 so long wing-span to and easy to lift heavy stuff alone), and have a (retired) mechanic background, so your mileage may vary. :-)
Though a low end product, it was better quality than I expected for the price. All parts were there and accounted for properly.

The stand arrived complete with no damage. It was easily assembled and my 55 LED television looks fantastic on it. Love the adjustable metal legs and back cover which conceals the wires. Overall, a clean, modern looks with plenty of room for my electronic equipment. Very happy with this purchase.
Definitely helped us organizer our DVD collection. Terribly complicated to put together, and took up all of our floor space to lay out in preparation. They really should have labeled the pieces with little stickers for A B C etc. That would have saved me an entire HOUR of puzzling over the diagrams, trying to figure out which piece corresponded with the diagrams. Its probably not worth $250, because it feels pretty flimsy, but eh. I do prefer how much more organized everything is now. Weve had it for a few months now, and its working fine...hasnt fallen apart yet!
