The chair arrived in good condition, it was easy to assemble and looks great. What I love about the chair is when I sat in it, my feet touched the floor, see I am a short person and all the other chairs I have had in the past never could get low enough for my feet to touch the floor.

Great Chair
Exactly what I was looking for in support. I also have a small area and with the handles going up it slides perfectly under my desk.
Rough seat
I really like this chair, BUT the fabric is rough on the legs when one is wearing shorts.
