The 15 footer arrived quickly in 3 large boxes and items were packed well. I assembled it solo in a couple hours and only needed a hand when fastening the net surround to the trampoline frame. Weve had all ages on it and everyones quite pleased!
Quick tip/ For the net surround, you have poles within padding like pipe insulation and it slides together into a sleeve. It will fight you every inch of the way. Grab the baby powder. Puff a bunch of it into the sleeve, then powder the padding, and itll slip right in. The extra powder just falls out when you raise it all up for installation.
Fairly easy to put together. Our teenage kids have had a blast on this trampoline, lots of bounce to it. Mom and dad even love it! We had an issue with the zipper on our net breaking and the emailed the company. They sent us a replacement net immediately and the customer service was aming. I would buy from them again due to their outstanding replacement policy and customer service. Totally recommend spending the extra money for the quality of this product and knowing that safety is a top priority with this company. Thanks for a great product!
got this for our five kids (age range 7/13) for Christmas. unfortunately we only had 107 springs from the 108 needed for the 15 ft. I emailed the company and we had the missing spring plus four extra within three days. It came with everything needed to put together the kids and I had it up within a hour. All the kids fit on it no problem and love it has a weight limit of well over 300lbs. hoping this will last many years to come.
Great price. Not difficult to assemble. Instructions are good. The grandkids love playing on it. Sometimes they bounce but others they just play on it. Heavy construction suggests it will last as long as the kids want to play on it and beyond. The safety features are all there and probably a good idea.
Ive had this for around 18 months now and the trampoline part has held up well, still plenty of bounce/resistance left. It withstood snow storms and scorching sun in my yard, plus being picked up and moved by the lawn crew. It didnt budge during high winds. I did use the recommended cover during the worst of the winter when it was too cold to go outside.
Kids love it and although this is the only trampoline Ive purchased, it feels much better quality than the cheaper ones.
