Looks great but I spent hours after install to get it to work. No water coming thru the unit. Had everything apart numerous times to ensure there was no debris in side, water lines off to ensure pressure. My bathroom remodel is now at a stand still until I get a response from the manufacter. I remodel bathrooms for a living and have done hundreds of faucets and this is frustrating. OK finally got it to work changed my rating...will return only the replacement
The good news start from the moment the box is opened. Shower system is very well packaged. Every component is well protected. Great attention to detail. Shower valve feels sturdy and well built, as do the rest of the system components. The plastic cover to the valve was indispensable during installation as it kept what would be visible once finished well protected and looking like new through out the install. You do need a basic knowledge of plumbing to install this, not for the novice do it yourselfer. The instructions are very basic, meant for those that know what they are doing.
I removed a whirlpool tub and replaced it with a shower. The faucet kit was as easy to install as any other and I believe it was an excellent value, and really looks good also. Although I did not use the shower head arm that came with the kit. I made it a ceiling mount instead.
This is a great shower, it’s gonna make your bathroom look modern. Also the quality of this system it’s great, really worth it. Already ordered another set for my other bathroom.
Beautiful products that are super easy to install. Hot/cold job very smooth to operate. And the shower head truly feels like a waterfall! Highly recommended
What a beautiful shower system. Love the rainfall shower. The water pressure is great and you can use both, fhe handheld shower as well as the shower head at the same time. Above all, the customer service is great. We had a tiny installation issue and the company went above and beyond to help us out. I am all about good customer service and they won me over.
