I bought this for my son’s room to create a little reading area and he loves it. Chair isn’t used as much as living room furniture, but it seems to be sturdy. It’s comfortable and looks very nice in his new “grown up” room.
Most butterfly chairs are too deep and hard to get in and out. Not this one. Perfect and the leather and craftsmanship are exquisite. I would have expected this chairto at least double the price. Love it.
Ten months later UPDATE: still look brand new, very comfy, very cleanable! Have wiped queso, tomato sauce, beer, and milk off these chairs with no issues/stains, using just soap and water. We have a toddler, so that says a lot. Your butt wont hurt after dinner and a few hours of board games, unlike wooden and metal chairs. 10/10 would buy again. I no longer find them firm. Not sure if thats because Im used to it, or theyre broken in, but they are plenty soft and supportive.
Original review: We really like these chairs! They are a little firmer than one might expect from looking at them, but very sturdy and definitely comfortable for prolonged use (ie dinner and board game night). They comfortably fit an average weight 53 female and 63 male, and were the right height for our standard dining table. Glad they came assembled! So far the stitching, fabric, and frame have held up well. Have not had any staining issues, and the fabric has some gentle variation to it so I imagine minor spots wouldnt show.
Counter height stool is perfect for 35-36 inch counter. Fabric color is a light grayish cream, neutral and soft. Its comfortable, sturdy with nice brass legs. Highly recommend!
We looked for months for 2 small accent chairs that would work in our living room. Most were either too large or too expensive. The quality and price point of this chair makes it a no brainer. Must order!
