Daughter liked the birthday gift First Im not a review person, but Im going to take the time to do it this time. After a failed try with a different brand from overstock that came badly wrap and defective, I have to say that hands down this is a very good purchase. The item came very well wrapped, every single slab was cover. All prices separated by structure. Manual was very simple to follow and tolls included. My 6 year old daughter helped me a bit just to turned around the bunk bed sideways in the middle of the assembly. Less than 2 hours while watching avengers end game just for fun. Fits perfectly a very comfy 8 inch mattress. Girls loved it. Cant be happier with this. Worth every penny and very good in price. Btw I was one of the lucky ones to order just the low bunk bed, thanks to my wife. They run out of stock super fast.
Five thumbs up and five stars.
It arrived in good condition so easy to put it together It is a nice and sturdy bed. My issue is that the rail on the top should have been mounted better. It should have bolts instead of tiny screws.
Also, one of the screws and nut things for the ladder didnt work. The screw would not go into the nut thingy because of size difference. It seems like they gave us a wrong size possibly. We used an extra we had left from a different bunk bed set.
Great quality and design for the value I purchased this bed for my toddlers. It was a great buy. It did take us a long time to put together. But it was worth it ! My kids love their bed !
They responded to my issue very quickly. Its a good bed. Works great for my 4 and 2.5 year old. I rated it a 4 because the ladder is only attached at one point and swings out and bounces when they climb on it. They can push it out easily and its wobbly now. I wish it had more attachment points or a sturdier connection because the bolts are now bent from them climbing on it.
I read the reviews and I am normally very good at putting things together, but the reviews claiming easy assembly were so off... wow the frustration was surreal!!! My husband and I were ready to give up and burn the thing if it werent for the high hopes of our angelic little one having this new bed as a birthday surprise and room makeover. It took 4-5 hours. I dont think most would be as persistent in the horrible encounter with assembly/extreme endeavor, but seriously, the assembly of this bed was the most frustrating thing I have dealt with all year, even over all of the changes as a frontline worker during all of the phases of Covid-19. The directions were poor and only diagrams. I tried to google a YouTube video for assembly and could not find one. Thankfully I did find the instructions online as there was a page missing which we realized after finally thinking we were out of the woods and had it figured out. None of the hardware were labeled in prepackaged baggies. We had to keep flipping through the 20 something pages of instructions to go back and figure out which screw the diagram was referring to be screw or bolt or whatever called 20055 etc. The wooden parts were well-labeled 1, 2,3 and so on. One of our biggest overall complaints is the wooden slats on the ends of the bunk bed. You have to put 7 slats into rail holes and then try to align each wobbly slat with another end piece which was an extreme challenge to line up and slide together. After you align the pieces and finally get them together, there is nothing to secure them from falling back apart until front and bottom bunk ends are assembled, causing many repeat frustrations of realigning the wobbly slat pieces with the other end piece. There are four of these end pieces with the wobbly slats for of total of 28 wobbly slats to align multiple times! My recommendation is that if you do decide to purchase, once you finally get these wobbly-slatted end pieces together, tape them on each end and in the middle with painters tape until you get them fully secured to the side supports. That was the only way I was able to make it work. In addition to my frustrations with the slats, somehow pages 11 and 12 were missing. This left a critical part out causing us to miss putting the top non-ladder side rails in before assembling the metal top bunk rail and top and bottom bunk wooden slats in. It was pretty much impossible to attach the rails even after loosening the rest of the bed up. We are going to now buy brackets to ensure the non-ladder side rails are secure and safe for our daughter. After trying so hard to jam these rails is, we damaged the bed a bit cosmetically. All in all, the bed seems to be well made in terms of provided parts, but expect frustration in assembly!!! It is a cute bed and I like the height with our low ceilings and having our toddler climb up and down from this bunk bed. It arrived on time as promised and was not damaged.
Easy to assemble and look amazing. Loving our new bunk beds. They were easy to assemble in less than 3hrs with 2 adults. They are very sturdy for our very active boys and like that they are lower to the ground!
Very stylish and great quality! We love this bunk bed! It is solid and safe for my kids. They cant wait to sleep in it every night. I was able to put it together myself. The wood is high quality—not particle board.

Assembly may cause divorces

Long set up, great bed!
Nice accent piece for room Seemed to take a bit to set up but once set up everything seems sturdy and well done.
