Absolutely aming item and customer service! Came damaged from the shipper but replacement parts came really fast and the help was the best I have ever had! Would recommend to anyone! My girls love the bed as well! Would definitely buy again!
I like the materials that the bed is made out of. Very sturdy and quality is exceptional for the price. The only con to the bed is the space on bottom bunk. I knew it would be tight but didnt realize how tight until I built it. But the mattresss we have are a bit on the thick side. If ur looking for a good bunk I would def recommend this one. very reasonably priced as well.
Honestly this thing is horrific to put together. Im on my 4th hour and its still not together. Maybe because Im doing it myself. Everything needs to be lined up perfectly otherwise it doesnt piece together right. Im giving up for the night and giving another attempt tomorrow. highly disappointed!!!

Great bunk for the kids.

Horrible to put together
