We bought a few of these chairs 10 months ago, love love love them. We didnt take them camping, or do anything crazy, basically just used them at 10 soccer games. One of the chairs broke (it happens). When we told the company what happened, they IMMEDIATELY offered a full refund or replacement (our choice). We took the replacement because they are great chairs!!! I think the true test of a good company is how they handle things when something goes wrong. I understand that sometimes things go wrong and thats ok. This companys quick and flexible response was so appreciated and a reflection of how they run their business, care for their customers, and believe in their product. I whole heartedly recommend this product and this company to everyone.
Great bargain. THis chair is pretty comfortable. Not the most comfortable folding chair Ive ever sat in, but it wasnt $80 either. For the money, I cant imagine getting anything better.
So, its almost midnight, Im sitting in this folding chair on the roof with a beer and a book, and suddenly I realise that Im glad I bought this chair. I mean, theres a holder for my beer! Do you know how cool that is?!!
