This is a super practical camping chair. I checked it out on an early spring day here in NoCal and it is more comfortable than many other chairs of this type due to the higher backrest. On me, it comes up far enough to allow me to lean my head back and not fall over.
The chair has three handy pockets of assorted uses. First, the standard armrest drink holder. Then, it has the built-in cooler, which is not going to keep stuff cold for hours, but will keep two to three cans cool long enough for you to drink them. It also has a pouch for holding small books and things down off the right hand side of the seat. You could also possibly store the cover in there.
Then, why do I remove a star? The cover. The cover has a deficit in that it is slightly too small to allow for the chair to be easily re-stored inside. Its just a little too tight.
Other than that, I like the color, the sturdiness and teh features as above.
This is a great light weight basic camp chair. It is nothing heavy duty, but you get what you pay for. This is a basic chair that works great even for my 260 lb self (although I am careful not to move in a way to strain the chair). I like the little zippered cooler in one arm, keep your food or drink cool for a while.
I use this chair for all sorts of activities, from watching my daughter play softball, to the beach, to sitting in the backyard around the fire pit, this chair is well made, comfortable, and definitely a step above some of the other similar chairs that are out there. The chair is sturdy, and made of thick quality fabric. I can feel the difference between this chair and other similar chairs that I have. This one is a bit heavier and larger and definitely thicker. Other chairs like this that I have had last about a year or two before they tear or break completely, but I think this chair will definitely last much longer.
It is easy to set up and fold up as well. The chair is very comfortable to sit in, so that even if you are in it for a long period of time you will not find yourself becoming uncomfortable. The chair comes with a small cooler attached to one arm (which I dont normally use because if I am bringing drinks with me I pack them in a separate cooler -- you cant put drinks in the cooler then fold up the chair easily for storage). But the cooler is a nice addition that will keep a cold drink cold lonter for you, so it is an added convenience. The chair folds up and goes right into the storage bag easily for transport and storage. Putting the chair back into the bag is a tight fit, but because of this the chair goes away into storage taking up a smaller amount of space.
At a $25 price point this chair is superior to other similar chairs, and one that will last the test of time. I can see myself using this chair all of the time, and I think you will like it as well.
A nice portable folding chair with a cooler pouch and a cup holder , holds up to 225 pounds safely . It is reasonably sturdy within its weight limits , but I would not push them. Very easy to set up and fold down as needed. Great for camping and as a general spare chair.
This is a maxi-featured chair thats perfect for taking to the park, keeping in the car for practices or outdoor events, or setting up by a quiet mountain stream. It really has everything youd need, a pocket for a kindle or book or notepad, a drink holder (not a big one, more of a soda can size) and the built in cooler, makes it ideal for a long sit on a warm day. Im 220 and it holds me up well, though its not terribly roomy for me, Im not uncomfortable. It doesnt sag on me and what I oddly like is that it isnt very reclined and has me sitting up straight, supporting me well in that. Im getting another one of these for my wife!
Absolutely a great choice. Ive already ordered another one of these as a matter of fact to have a matching set. We use portable, folding camp chairs when we camp on trail rides, and I use when I go to horse show circuits to have in the alley ways to take a break in-between activities. We are more than casual users and this chair has survived a five day horse show with tons of different people coming along to sit down and visit with friends in a row full of various folding chairs. This chair is as good as any other folding camp chairs we have ever owned throughout the years. Same quality and comfortable to carry over your shoulder in the carry bag that is included. You get the roomy insulated side zip shut pocket that I like to hide things in rather than use the cooler aspect. I use for my cell phone while I am busy rather than just sitting it down on something so it is hidden from any thieves walking by. Of course the can holder is great because nothing drink wise survives being set down on the ground for very long, someone IS going to knock it over.
We have learned not to invest in high priced name brand items for our camping needs because invariably something will get left behind or stolen. This is a quality chair that does not break the bank and if someone walks off with it, it can be replaced affordably.
Lightweight. Comfortable. Easy to carry. The cooler is a cool feature and will be great for keeping a chilly beverage on a hot day camping or watching kids sports. The mesh panels keep the air flow going. Great buy.
It said black, but I received a blue one.
Outside of that, its exactly as advertised. Very sturdy. Love the little cooler on the side. Material is easy to clean.
This camping chair is very similar to ones that I already own and enjoy. This chair is sturdy and well-made. The seat edge hits my legs further back from behind my knees than usual. Since I am 5 4, I find this more comfortable than some bigger chairs. The seat is about 16.5 from the back seam to the front edge. The entire chair is 35 tall from floor to the back top. There is a cup holder on the right armrest. On the right side of the seat, theres a hanging magazine holder that is 10.5 across with a front, mesh flap that is 7 deep. There is an insulated cooler in the left chair arm that both zips and velcros shut, and its 7 deep, 2.5 across, 7 high. The chair can fold up and be stored in a carry bag.
Update 5/15/18: This chair is narrower than our usual camp chairs, which means the supports/legs come through the seat right against my thighs. This will be true for most people. When my legs are tired from a long walk, sitting in this chair for more than a few minutes just makes my legs stiffer (rather than being restful) since my sore muscles partly rest against the supports. Anyway, I initially gave the chair 5 stars, but now I give it 4 stars.
This is such an excellent chair for camping. I honestly even use it i my backyard and i can take it with me to parks or anywhere else. It is so convenient and easy to place in the rolled carry on bag that goes on your shoulder. It isnt heavy at all. And it opens in just seconds. Th price is just right for it. It also comes with a cooler where you can place about 3-4 small bottles of water. The chair itself is very durable and holds me and my kid together when he sat on my lap without any issues (total of 200 pounds). I would only add that it may be a good idea to place some sort of additional padding where your head lays... for support and more comfort.

Nearly perfect except for the cover

Comfortable for short people. Maybe a bit small for tall or overweight people.
