As with my desk chair, the height of the seat can be individually adjusted using the handle on the damper. The seat is made of PP/material, has a small backrest and the seat is lightly padded with PU. Everything is easy to clean. The workmanship is good, the threaded pieces for the screw connection are embedded in the seat, covered with felt with the thread, no idea why and everything offers a secure hold. The footrest can be rotated 360and the base is rubberized on the underside so that no marks can be seen on the floor and it cannot slip away.
This bar stool/set looks good, is stable, easy to adjust and was easy to assemble. I assembled both bar stools in just under 15 minutes. The quality and workmanship is good and you sit well on it. I am satisfied with this bar stool set and have added seat cushions for a little more comfort because the upholstery is very thin. The processing is not 100 but still in the green area.

I find the chairs visually appealing and very modern, even though they dont have a backrest. In my opinion, thats not what chairs like this are for, since you tend to tip over backwards with a backrest.
In terms of price, I only found one online/comparative value of other black bar stools, as our old chairs are old and made of wood.

They stand at my kitchen counter between the living room and the kitchen, where we hesitated for a long time whether we should put stools at all.
The Kidoll bar stools arrive well packaged and everything you need to set them up is included (which isnt much as most of it just snaps together).
You sit quite comfortably on the stools, even if I dont find the feeling on the footrest that good with barFoot. the pipe should have been a little wider. The chairs look valuable (even if the seat is not oak, but elm. But that comes close and the difference at least doesnt bother me. The feel is also high quality. The wood is naturally sanded on the seat and smooth under the seat. Nothing disturbs, nothing scratches. Thats the way it should be.
The metal of the chairs is painted matt black and also feels very valuable.
The seat height can be infinitely adjusted with the lever and should be suitable for most occasions (seat height between 55 and 80 cm) and the load capacity is specified as 135kg.

It starts with very bad welds. It continues with a much too thin coating, which also has some inclusions and other defects. The paint does not cover the welds. And the wood protrudes on one side and is flush on the other side. There are also flaws here. Incidentally, the whole thing affects both bar stools equally. Overall, something like this should simply not pass quality control.
At the time of my order, the price was 159.99. In the meantime, the price has been reduced by 20, but I still find that too expensive. With such a lousy quality, I would find a maximum of 40 per stool, i.e. a total of 80, okay. I still wouldnt be satisfied.
So Im only giving it 2.5 out of 5 stars because Im really dissatisfied with the quality offered. This results in 3 stars rounded up. However, I wouldnt recommend buying it if you want decent quality.

The seat is made of plastic (here you have to be careful with fingerprints / not fingerprint-proof. Fingerprints quickly form on my copy if I didnt use the gloves at first (see photo).
The assembly is easy thanks to the illustrated instructions:
Simply connect the chair leg to the seat with 4 screws.
Then remove the cap of the gas pressure spring and put the spring rod in the round foot, then put the seat with the rod on the spring and the whole thing snaps together somehow and attention! Once set up I dont think I can take it apart.
Sitting is comfortable. Even with the lowest setting of 56.5 centimeters, I sit relatively high at my work table (a narrow, shortened bar table made of metal and wood). These chairs are ideal for any normal counter, bar or bar table. They are simply an absolutely horny eye-catcher.
The price of just under 80 euros per chair is not cheap in my opinion.
The processing is perfectly fine. I cant find any faults, except for the dirty holes and welds on the foot (see photo), but that doesnt affect the stability and the chair is still stable and a safe place to sit. I also think its great that there are two more screws in case you lose one or one is defective. The load capacity is 120 kg. We have tested the bar stool up to 90 kilos and it holds up well.
