Assembling the wooden part of the desk (where the desktop goes in) was the hardest part. Otherwise it was pretty easy. One of the legs were tilted which caused the middle to become uneven. However it is still sturdy.
Would watch out when carrying the box in. It is really heavy. Could not carry the box by myself.
Overall this is a good desk for the money, but i posted a few pics to show some issues i had with it. First, the middle storage space where you would put a desktop tower is not big enough for most computers. Sure it will fit in there, but there is not enough space for air flow. There is a pretty good chance your PC will over heat. Especially If youre a gamer. I tested this out and my PC went to 90 degrees Celsius in a short amount of time. I had to move my tower to the left of the storage space (see pic). Second problem was that I couldnt get the two desk top surfaces ti be even in the middle (see pic). Its not a huge problem since ill be sitting off to one side.
Tip: When assembling this desk, do not tighten any of the screws all the way until you have it all together. You will have to make a bunch of adjustments to get the metal supports to line up with the desk top surface.
This was a desk for our room which holds an apple and a tower so the size is perfect also hold my printer. The back rods never lined up and directions were followed so we just left them off. Also above tower bolts holding top on was never lined up so had to be left off as well.
First of all, the thing was shipped with extra wood to protect it, which I initially thought was part of the desk, (and the extra wood was damaged) however, I realized that this was just to protect it, and it did its job.
Getting into the instructions, overall they were sort of lacking, but not too bad overall. I think anyone could figure it out without too much trouble. The desk came with some extra screws as well, which was a nice touch.
The build quality is where things start to get a little weird. The desk had some scratches and unfinished corners on the metal parts, which overall isnt a huge deal, but makes it look a little less nice. The pieces all went together pretty well, but a little tight and alignment wasnt the best.
Finished product was nice, but I think a few improvements could be made. The top of the desk didnt quite line up 100%, which was not a huge deal for me, but definitely a little disappointing. The back of the middle compartment could be more open to allow for more airflow for the PC that I feel most people will probably fit into it, especially if you have a full tower like me.
Overall I would say I would buy again, but some improvements could be made to make this a 5/5 star. I guess costing under $200 most of the build quality quirks are more or less expected, but I think I would pay a little more for a better build and maybe a few more options with the middle compartment.
Nice double desk. I put it in my daughters arts and crafts/homework room. They like it. I ordered the walnut color for me but I returned the walnut color because it didn’t look as nice as the black one. It seems pretty sturdy though. This desk is on the cheaper end compared to others and it does the job.
The assembly was tough with one person because of the angles and long pieces that needed steadying while screwing, but overall good product. It definitely looks pretty in my office space!
THE GOOD: This is a very simple design, and very easy to build. For those who are wondering YES the top comes in two parts - which is nice because the shipping box is much more compact than you might expect. Wooden dowels keep the two top pieces from shifting, and it feels like a solid unit. It weighs only 75 pounds upon arrival which means I can handle and move it myself which is also nice. It is very large, comfortably accommodating two people playing a game side by side. The height is perfect and the bottom area could hold a much taller computer than my own easily.
THE BAD: Take that with a grain of salt, because really there isnt a lot not to like about the desk. Just a few minor qualms with packing and shipping - As you can see from the one picture, the included screwdriver was sticking straight out of the padded envelope, which of course worried me that it may have scratched the whole thing. The only two bits of cosmetic damage were a fingernail-grabbing deep scratch on one of the metal legs (the scratch faced inward - no biggie) and a chip in the corner of one of the planks (which ended up being the back corner of the bottom most middle piece, the one the PC sits on - also not visible) As for the screwdriver sticking out of the envelope - I dont necessarily blame this one on the factory as it DID travel from California to New York BUT - Look at the copy of the manual I was included. This is a picture before I ever even opened it, right from the box. It was wrinkled, covered in dirt, fingerprints, theres a coffee stain and theres writing on it. Perhaps someone was training with this or something, but you dont put your copy with the product. It was disgusting looking. Its only 2 pages so theres really no excuse. This made me think... perhaps the screwdriver was already sticking out and they simply didnt care. Due to the minor qualms, I have to give it 4 stars but I do absolutely love the desk!

Just what we were looking for.
It was a little challenging to assemble. Because the instructions and diagrams are pretty vague.
It was ok
Had several scratches and markings, contacted seller and had trouble communicating with them. Otherwise okay.
Good product for the price

Could be a better build quality, but pretty good overall.

Good desk
Liked the desk, big enough for our two computers with work space between. Easy set up..
Decent desk for the price

Nice desk, hard to assemble alone

Easy to build, Sturdy and Spacious
