Update: just went back to the product reviews. The reviews for this product are 1 star at lowes and 4 stars on because s reviews arent even for the advertised product.
So product came pretty banged up, some parts were warped and two rungs were to short to install. Not hard to put together but took all day. Just rolling over or climbing into the bed shakes like an earth quake. I way 170lbs and the kids are less then 50lbs. I was planning on using the bed temporarily while I built my new home but its not even safe for the kids. Super disappointed considering the cost. Too difficult to take apart and return. Could have built a bunk probably faster, cheaper and safer.

And then there was rust on one of the panels
And the same panel was scratched so I can't rate it 5 stars for that
Overall very happy with my purchase! Just beware of the white colour... Not a true white. It has a slightly creamy tone to the white. Just a little bit different than the pictures.
Also - helpful hint...... Make sure that you have the bed in the proper final position before you finish assembly...... Its a big box once its together, and you cant turn it around in a narrow room! Ask me how I know....
Love the look and design for my teenage son. It was easy to put together and took about 2 hours to come plate. I was disappointed that the best feature was missing from the shipment, the desk is nowhere to be found in the box. After going online to the manufacturers website, found the customer service number and ordered a replacement desk part. Unfortunately, the desk is back ordered so we will be waiting about a month to receive that piece.
Love these stylish and sturdy products! I read all the reviews before I bought this bed. I read how wobbly it is, how hard it was to put together, etc. I followed the direction exactly like they said and didnt have any problems at all. Didnt have to use the extra pieces provided. The only thing I did different was I didnt use the little tool that was provided. I used a cordless drill to tighten the screws and made sure they were VERY tight. The bed is not wobbly at all and very secure. My 4 year old granddaughter loves it and didnt want to come down to eat. I dont have any complaints about this product. If that changes, I will be updating this review.

Shipment was told 5-7 days but I received it in 3. Its a little shaky but other than that. My 10 years old love it!! So much more space in her room.

Wrong Hardware
Bed is not bad for the price. Came with the wrong Hardware, had to buy the required bolts and screws to assemble correctly.
