We only got 2 out 3 boxes when delivered. The box missing is the safety net and poles. Which is the whole reason I went with this trampoline. To find a new to call is impossible. The trampoline it self is great, strong, clean and nice jump! may be returning
We got the 12 ft trampoline for my 8 year old for Christmas. I was happy that I got the larger size. Assembly went surprisingly well in the beginning. Definitely make sure you have the holes facing up for the springs to attach. We ran into an issue when we started to assemble the safety net rods. Instructions show two holes are used to secure the safety net rods to the base, but only one hole on the base rods was available for us. We just used the one bolt to attach them and are keeping our fingers crossed that they hold it well enough. The worst part of the assembly was actually fitting the rest of the pool noodle covered rods into the safety net and attaching them as the final step. In all, it took my husband and I about 2.5 hours to put together with the last hour and a half used on that darn safety net. We have had fun jumping on it today though and hope that it remains sturdy!
The assembly instructions could use a few more words to explain leg assembly, but we got it completed with only a couple of re/dos. Hint: do not put in the upper screw on the legs until you have attached the outer fence.
But my 9/year/old loves it and has bounced almost every day since we got it. Nice to get her some exercise during these stay/at/home times. This product was just what I needed

I live in Maine and the weather is very unpredictable in the mountains up here. We had a windstorm that was unexpected and even though my trampoline was anchored down with 6/inch steaks all around, its suffered some injuries. A word to the wise, remember to bring in your trampoline when you hear of upcoming storms! I honestly love
The kids start and end the day on the trampoline. They jump in their pajamas before breakfast! Excellent source of exercise and great for all that cabin fever energy.
I watched this trampoline for months and when the price dropped 30 I went ahead and bought it. It came in 4 different, nondescript boxes, in 2 separate shipments. Make sure you read all the instructions carefully and follow them step by step or else you may have to take stuff apart. The legs were a little tricky getting all the holes lined up with the bolts, but assembled fairly smoothly. The 16 is massive and plenty big for multiple kids or kids and an adult. Lots of fun and great exercise for the whole family. Ive heard that the manufacturer cant supply spare parts, but theres tons of other companies that sell spare parts for trampolines. Youre just buying the trampoline, no company support or spare parts can be had.

Comes in 3 boxes and its pretty easy to assemble definitely need 2 people. Easy but takes time.
