Id give it 4.5 stars if that was an option...
So I put this together on my bed- with the door closed to keep the cats from helping. I only had one issue aside from operator error when I put the top on backwards and had to unscrew 2 of the lock nuts. The pre-drilled holes in the cabinet to attach the doors were too big for the included hardware. They were the smallest screws Ive seen outside of eyeglass kits. I substituted screws I had from a $1 picture hanging kit I bought at years ago that had an assortment of screws, nails, brads and hangers. It worked out quite well.
FYI- I wear a size 9 womens shoe and can fit 6 stackers across each shelf, letting me store 18 pairs of shoes in the space my wire shoe rack took up- which could only hold 12 pairs. The only shoes that I had to swap out were a pair of trail runners- the soles were just a little too wide for the stackers to fit properly in the cabinet and let me close the doors.
The cabinet arrived super fast..three days but it also arrived at 9:30 p.m. And the box was damaged. Luckily it was packed very well and nothing inside was effected. I put it together by myself in around one hour. It would have been less time with another person to help hold the other side. I had to prop the one side up with a chair while I fit the pieces to the other side. Easy assembly ..other than that ..and all the holes lined up thank goodness. It was bigger than I thought and that was a nice surprise. I have my miniatures crafts and props in it but this piece would look great in a bathroom or in a kitchen. The glass is plain ..clear..not smoky ...not etched. The glass doors came already with the brackets and glass attached ,all you had to do was screw it to the main frame...lined up perfectly and closed well. Overall a good versatile piece for the money
I loved the look of this little cabinet and the size was exact to what I needed. However, when it arrived, I was really disappointed in the poor manufacturing quality for this small cabinet. There were splits in the wood where drilled holes where situated, the backing was a flimsy piece of board, really just a painted thin card board. The pre-drilled holes were not only off center, but in the case of the doors, were either missing all together or totally in the wrong place. The exterior paint is cheap and chalky, more like a thin primer then a latex paint. And lastly, the plastic support strip needed to provide exterior support to the cheap cardboard backing was totally missing. Sadly, the only positive aspect of this experience was the excellent assembly instructions and packaged hardware. Very sorry I spent so much money for such a cheaply made product.
This cabinet is gorgeous in my guest bathroom! I put a set of guest towels on the lower shelf, and toiletries on the top 2 shelves. It fits perfectly in the space that I needed it to fill.

Two people assembly is better but you still can manage it with one.

Bad support
missing hardware and glass bad and scratched. would not do anything to fix this.
