I love the look of the chair, its not the most comfortable for long term sitting; however I have major spine issues and cant afford a 500 chair so its good for now. The thing I am not happy with is the fact that the metal arm on the right side showed up all warped and rusty. I have tried to contact the manufacturer several times to send a new part and have never gotten a response. can you help?
Ordered for our conference room. Some issues with the order and delivery but Customer Service was excellent and we finally got the chairs. Very pretty, comfortable, easy to assemble. We needed a few more, but I had to order from Home Depot because upped the price by 30+.
This chair is wonderful + pretty! Took me 20 mins to put together the directions were super clear. It is comfortable (and did I say pretty)!! Matches my desk accents my MacBook Air perfectly.
While the seat is pretty comfortable I still added my coccyx pillow and back pillow am even happier with the chair!
It was wellpacked but did come with a little nick in the side of the seat but that wasnt enough to send it back.?
