The product was easy to assemble. I am noticing the screws near the stairs from going up and down, weve had to tighten them a few times. Other then that the kids enjoy the set and are getting a good nights rest!
The customer service is amazing and they have great products I recommend their products 1000% really check them out !!!! We have been looking for one for a long time but everytime we found something it was always a bit higher than what we were looking for. This one turned out just fine in every aspect, especially the height and once we added the 6 mattress, it was a perfect match.

It looks great, came separate days but was worth the wait! Assembling any furniture is not easy. The bottom bunk is small, so we have our toddler there, so she doesnt have to climb or get hurt. I can sit up right under there. Top is y older daughter. It is very sturdy, and no toys or junk can go underneath it. Its a pian getting sheets on the bottom but thats because our mattress is a little thick and Im 8 months pregnant.

We purchased this bunk bed for our 3yo because we wanted a bunk bed but needed something low-profile to fit in a smaller room and not be too high for safety purposes. This bed checked all those boxes, and we are very pleased with it. All of the pieces arrived in good condition and it took about 3 hours to fully assemble and dress the bed with new mattresses, sheets, etc. Our toddler absolutely loves his bed and has transitioned well from a crib as a result.

The assembly was done with both my husband and I since our two boys 5 and 3 1/2 try but reverse help. It did not take long at all to assemble. My 3 1/2 year old loves it. It is tall enough to have a fort underneath and short enough that Im not too worried about the height. It is very sturdy for them! I would not suggest an adult climbing in the bed. So we bought another one for our 5 year old, since the 3 1/2 year old needed out of the convertible crib immediately. The second bed came with a defect on one of the posts. I was worried contacting stores 123
because they may be out for the holidays. They responded that day Christmas eve and even on New years eve. They kept me informed all the way through (till delivery of the new bed) and even gave me options right away. The new bed once they contacted the manufacturer was sent out right away and delivered within a week. Stores 123 exceeded my expectations for what a company would go through to replace a defective product: They responded within 24hrs, went out of their way to keep me informed even during the holiday season, and made sure I was happy with the delivery of the replacement product. The boys are so very happy with their beds. Thank you so very much Stores 123 (especially Amari). Highly recommend this bed as well as the company for its outstanding customer service.

Excellent value for money My hubby and I put this together today! Took 2 hours from start to finish. So far we are very pleased with this bunk bed set. It is very sturdy, very well thought out construction. Out little guys cant wait for bed!!!
Very well made and great design While being assembled, 4 out of 8 fasteners pressed out wood filler in the ladder support and now are exposed. And now there are holes on the exterior surface. Also came with a huge dent and paint scratch on the exterior surface.
