I was impressed with the responsiveness to my need for a replacement part. One of the knobs split when I was installing it. I applied too much pressure when twisting. The supplier apologized and sent replacement knobs and screws right away. Their notes made me feel respected and well supported. I will look to them for future needs.
This is a very nice, easy to put together sectional for a small space It was easy for my husband to assemble. Looks great in our master bathroom as a place to sit after a shower. Were using it to store towels and toiletries.
Its very cute I love it but my husband says its not sturdy at all. We dont wear shoes in the house so for me its nice to not have to see everyones shoes laying at the door. The price could probably be lowered due to quality but other than that I still like it.

Im very happy with my purchase. It looks expensive and easy to put together. Theres one suggestion when putting it together, the part that requires the wooden dowels use glue. The holes are bigger than the dowels. Its built sturdy and perfect for your shoes or whatever you want on the shelves.
The customer service is amazing and they have great products I recommend their products 1000% really check them out !!!! Great product at a reasonable price. Looks good in my living room and was easy to assemble. Only needed a screw driver and was able to put together in 40 mins or so...Will buy again!
It looks great, came separate days but was worth the wait! Lovely product, the directions couldnt have been any clearer. That instruction manual should be the blueprint of how assembly booklets are written. Bravo!!!
