I purchased this piece for my studio space that doubles as an occasional guest room and it exceeds my expectations! Good looking and sturdy, its hard to believe the price is so reasonable! It did take considerable time and two people to assemble... not as easy as some reviewers reported...
but, it was worth the effort.
a very well made day bed. took a while to assemble, but not due to difficulty. has good instructions/pictures. Im amazed at the quality of this bed! Its very heavy and solid, the trundle rolls easily but not so easy that it slides all over the place, and there are wheel locks for when its in use. I cant believe it was less than $200. I was surprised at how big it is, but thats not any reflection on the bed. I guess I just forgot how big a full size bed was and realized when it was assembled that it was going to look like a full size bed with the headboard on the wrong side! I purchased it for a guest room (used mostly by my small grandchildren) thinking it would be a place to sit and read etc as well as sleep. well, it doesnt really function as seating as the full size would have ones legs stretched out in front of them. As a bed though, its lovely. great deal, great piece. Probably best deal of the season for me. Love it!
The wheels for the twin bed bend and now is not working properly. I have to lift it to move it under the queen bed. It need to reinforce the metal where the wheels are.
Arrived early. The 18 year old put it together with very little difficulty. So far it is a good purchase. It fits nicely in the room and there are no blemishes, dings, or scratches from shipping. I am very satisfied.
This product was delivered yesterday (December 8th) with a damaged box and the bed pieces were hanging out the box! I surely hope that all the pieces are in the box when we start to assemble this on Christmas Eve or it WILL BE RETURNED!! Just FYI!
Horrible bed made my back hurt and it isnt strong enough this isnt a real bed just a temporary bed for kids or light people as soon as my dad opened the box he knew i would hate this bed and he was right slats are NOT a comfortable choice for beds
