There were some issues needing resolution but the company was very helpful in getting them resolved in a timely manner. Very responsive to messages. Very nice desk!
Instructions couldve been easier to read.
The pieces had some numbers on but some were missing which made life difficult.
Bolts were the same. Couldve been labeled better.
The directions are absolutely atrocious. Im gonna save you a lot of time and tell you to FULLY assemble the middle shelf before going onto either side of it because I had a lot of trial and error figuring out which direction to put the middle rails in. Thats gonna involve skipping several steps but you will thank me later when it takes you an hour instead of 3. Its an awesome desk, they just dont instruct you well.
I loved the finished product hands down. However, upon opening it, it looked like a corner of the 4 board piece was bent/broken. We put that at the bottom of the half bookcase in the middle. Also, some screwholes didnt line up correctly, some pieces were bent and had to be forced back into place.
Overall a good purchase. Not really worth so much money because its not very easy to assemble the shelves. Also not so sturdy in my office area but it might be my floors. Really good length for the area its in.
I am giving this desk a good review over all but there is definitely some things that could be improved with the design.

/it will take longer to assemble than the instructions listed ( says 0.5H with 2 ppl but is really more like 1/1.5 hours)
/Check all your parts before you start. Had to contact seller to get a replacement bar cause the threaded end cap was not welded in place.
/do not tighten ANYTHING until the end. Some of the alignment holes from the frame to the wood are a bit off so plan to struggle a bit to get some screws in place.
/Desk really should have about 5/6 inches more depth but this may be personal preference
Love the desk, now that we managed to set it up.
/The desk arrived in a single box, weighing around 100 lbs. Have a friend ready to help you lift. Or be prepared to carry in the pieces individually.
/We opened the box and there were absolutely no instructions for assembly. I contacted who said they couldnt help us and we would have to contact the third party seller on our own. The seller never replied after three attempts so my husband had to assemble it without instructions. It took him around 4 hours.
/Other than poor customer service and a lack of instructions, the product is actually very nice. The color is perfect and the desk is pretty solid. Would recommend but dont expect any help if you have issues with the delivered item.
Wow this desk had me in a mix of emotions!!
So Im going to start off with the fact that I love the look of this desk. The wood looks great and the color is awesome. Love the fact you can add an additional riser shelf. And that its got the middle shelving!!
Now that weve got that out of the way, I seriously hated putting this crap together. The directions say 30minutes is all itll take. 3 hours later we found out this was incorrect the first few steps of getting it together were fine, it wasnt until we were trying to add the bottom bar to stabilize it that we started having issues. In one of the pictures attached youll notice that one of the bars are shorter that the frame thats already built it should be the same length but since it was short, when the bars were attached it made the legs of the desk go in on a slant and without the bar at all the desk is very flimsy. Luckily the two bars sent for the extra shelf were a couple centimeters longer so we just shaved some off the ends of that and then was able to use those. but now we cant put up the riser shelf unless my boyfriend creates a new frame for it also when we went to add the actual desk part (large pieces of wood for the top of the desk) the holes didnt line up and if we wouldve put it where the holes were there wouldve been a gap between the wood pieces and the middle shelves (youll notice another photo with the new holes my boyfriend had to drill to get it to fit correctly) I get that the desk isnt extremely expensive for what it is but that was very frustrating!! If my boyfriend didnt have a drill and a saw to fix these things I wouldve had a half built POS desk that wouldve been worthless btw this desk was bought as a gift for us so then I wouldve had to contact the person who bought it just to get anything done with a return or whatever Im sure there will be others who buy this expecting it to be easy enough to put together but honestly you better have a handy man around to fix the issues that come with it

Easy to assemble. Good desk height. Not as sturdy as I had hoped. Wobbles when two people are working.
