Looks great, but it isnt the most comfortable. I kind of feel like at this price you either get looks or comfort, probably not both. As far as I can tell, it seems to be constructed pretty well. We are pretty easy on it since the reviews seem mixed about durability. I would suggest to buy it for areas where it would get light use. Also, it is on the smaller side, but its exactly what the dimensions say; so no confusion there.

It is the most uncomfortable piece of furniture I have ever laid my hands on.
I bought this for my room in college thinking it would last me a good couple of years. Now I need to get a new couch after 9 months. It is painful to even look at. Expect back problems.
First couch for my new little place. Incredibly easy installation. All you really needed to do was screw on the legs its comfy enough for my guy and I, and the material very easy to clean and maintain. I love how it doesnt really look like a normal futon, much more modern. Would definitely recommend for a first trial couch
Easy set up. Yes, ok, the futon is not super comfy, but we wanted it for our game/movie room and it fits in perfectly. It does the job. I also use it if I want to be on my laptop but not fall asleep, like right now..
