One of the legs busted after moving it across the carpet. After some engineering and wood glue, it was back to normal. Otherwise, I really like it. It hides all of my sons toys.
Id like to find the contact information of this seller, Simpli Home, as we really like the ottoman and it was easy to assemble. However, as we unpackaged it, one side had two very small tears in it. I could provide pictures if necessary. Wed rather not have to go through the trouble of shipping this bulky item back and getting a replacement and I am hoping the seller will contact me so I can try to resolve this issue. Thank you.
The padding on the top seems a bit thin, but it works for what it is. I havent had any issues with the construction of the product, but I also yell at the kids if they try to sit in the middle of it. Sitting on the edges works fine, but I could see where there would be problems if you are hard on your furniture.
