Love this bed! The frame is very well made, my husband put it together by himself in about 1/2 hours. We purchased King size. I like that the headboard is taller than the pillows. Yes, Its great. loves it.
If I was able to put this together by myself anyone can. It is pretty sturdy Although I sleep alone I am pretty heavy set. Assembling took about 1 and 1/2 hours. Like!
Looks great. You can feel the center support bar underneath When you lie in the middle of the bed. Its critical that you have a good mattress to go on it. But for the money, it is great! It works.
I replaced the bed for a room that was my moms when we moved her downstairs for safety reasons and had to replace her very high antique bed for guests. I had a brand new full mattress so I went with full bed. To make it fit the high ceiling ms I needed a headboard with some height. Works perfectly. Seems sturdy enough for guests to me. How it lasts remains to be seen. Works well.
I was on the fence about ordering this bed because of the mixed reviews but Im certainly glad I went ahead with the purchase. Ordered on 6/2 with an expected delivery date of 6/16. It arrived a whole 6 days earlier! Assembly was mostly done by myself. (Im 53 average build) I grouped all the matching parts and got to work. Instructions are pretty simple to follow. Maybe had to re/read each step about twice. I love that the slats are linked by Velcro. The only blemish was on the footboard, nothing that cant be fixed. Pictures: King Size bed with iComfort mattress and small rip. Cute.
