I am so happy to have this. Finally I can go along on outings that require the ability to go for distance. It is comfortable and easy to assemble and operate, not to mention that it looks good. It needs some space to turn around but I can do that.
Nice looking, moves quickly if adjusted to high, Battery lasts quite awhile, easy to disassembled and reassemble, very light, I took it on a 5 week vacation loaded it in and out of a jeep grand Cherokee, my mother used it on park trails no problem and she drives it around the yard at home. Highly recommended.
This is a good little scooter once put together and going. It doesnt do very tight turns, but other that, it goes along great, and will go up little hills. The big issue with it is the difficulty in getting the back and front base part together. It doesnt slide together well, it takes several minutes of trying to do it before it will suddenly slide into place. As a result, I left them together all the time so I dont have to do it, but then it makes it awkward and heavy to get out of the car. I still have pretty good strength for now, but I dont see me being able to do it if I was older or weaker without help.
Customer service is non/existent. The charger plug arrived bent up, and Ive messaged them twice to request a new one, with no response.
So easy to put together, charge and excellent power, fast but not real fast. Easy to navigate. Lights, horn and the entire scooter handles wonderfully. Worth every penny!
Note that it is small but I love it! Everything I was hoping for. Look at feet placement perfect for me. My husband is 200lbs. He just puts his feet turned outward. Works. He stated easy to put together. I havent been outside with it but should do fine. Has good power. Consumers Report rated good. Im glad I bought this one because works in the house turning corners.
The distance between the steering and the set is too short. Wider wheel base to keep from tipping. Handle on piece to load in the vehicle would be great.
This scooter has greatly improved the quality of my mothers life. It has given her independence to travel and feel secure! Easy to use and lightweight enough to put in back of car. Charges overnight. I am purchasing another for my mother/in/law.

Heavy and awkward to put together but works pretty well once together
