After having professional install this my contractor said the down spout was defective. It leaks . I called and they wanted the entire order shipped back instead of replacing the water spout . Major hassle
Looks sleek in our new bathroom, and has great water pressure for a rain shower head. The separate wall mount hand shower makes the system look more expensive than it is. Overall really happy with this purchase
I feel really disappointed in this purchase and I wish we would have saved for better quality. We ordered it and then our bathroom remodel took longer than expected and so I missed the return window on it. The finish doesn’t match any of our other brushed gold things and the tub faucet has a terrible flow. It just sputters. It probably looks good in pictures but reality is something different.
The shower pressure is amazing color and quality is good I would have given 5 stars however I purchased it thinking you could use both shower heads at the same time (YOU CAN NOT USE BOTH AT SAME TIME) I read the questions and answers before I bought it and the answer said yes you could use both which was the number one reason I bought this shower head but overall it’s a good shower head
I had this particular component professionally installed and I could not be happier. The rainfall head, all the way to the handheld wand is just pure shower enjoyment.
