    Love it!

My daughter loves her new bed, and we love that it now provides extra sleep space when visitors are with us. Previous reviewers are spot on, it takes a while to put it together, but instructions are very clear. Only issue we had is with shipper (UPS). When we received the bed, it was obvious that the box had torn open, as there was a lot of tape on it. Sure enough, the hardware (screws, washers, bolts) was missing. A quick call to the manufacturer, where I spoke with a sweet customer service lady, resulted in them sending me the missing hardware, free of charge, of course. very reasonably priced as well.

    Great buy , excellent product.

If you can read , easy set up. Took about two hours with all the tools provided. The clips are a challenge , but if you take a pair of pliers and bend the clip inward slightly , you can pop em right in no problem. Just one at a time. The bed overall is a tank and has outstanding qualities for the cost. Also if your feet are week on the steps , go to the hardware store buy 3/4 pipe insulation and gorilla tape, if your buying black. Cut to fit , and nice and neatly fold a strip of tape on each side for a padded ladder. Cute and comfortable

    Great deal for the money

Overall this is a great bunk bed for the money. It is sturdy and looks great. I only gave it four stars for two reasons. First, putting it together was a pain because the directions were not explicit enough, very poor directions. Second, the ladder hurts your feet. Not a big complaint, but my daughter has complained about that. But we are happy with the purchase and would buy it again. Love, love, love it!

    Worth The Money.But time consuming

Okay so we took on two new babies and needed to change our current household from 3 children in a 4 bedroom to 5 children in a 4 bedroom. My two eldest boys were bunked up and my oldest son being 16 and quite tall needed a bed that could accommadate him comfortably, however my second oldest son needed something more his size which was drastically smaller. We looked for a twin over full bunk bed set and found a very reasonably priced one through and very reluctantly purchased it (bugdetary decision). Comparable beds were alot more money and I did want a framed bed because of the style of their room and I felt it would last longer and be more durable than a wooden on. I did not want a bed that would squeak and squawk with every movement or a thrown together contraption that would only last a year. Well once it arrived in a very narrow but long box I knew I was in for it.piece after piece.piece H, screw 8, slat Mon and on.oh I will tell you I had to step away a few times.it took me almost 4 hours to complete the construction of this bed. But mainly because I am not the putter/together in our home and I was excited about the project and wanted to do it alone. But if you take it slowly and pay attention to the very detailed and easy/to/read instrutions you will be fine. After we finished we were very happy with the end result as are my sons. It is a very nice looking bed but more importantly, well made and very sturdy. Given the amount of work it took to put it together I know that bed is very secure, safe and from what my sons have said since it has been up.comfortable. They are so happy with it and I am very happy I purchased it! it is very pretty.

    Almost great

First, the tube size chosen for this thing would make it bomb/proof. Very heavy duty, I have absolutely no worries of rowdy sleepovers racking the whole thing. Youre not going to tear this thing up.unless its not quite right when it arrives. Assembly was a bit of a challenge, but I rarely read the instructions and that may have helped. They appeared to be written in English/as/a/third language. Supplies! One of the threaded grommets that hold the main pieces together had a sloppy weld that damaged the grommet to the point that I couldnt insert the bolt. And, of course, it was one of the main connections. I have monitored the situation (ok, I slept in the bottom bunk and didnt break it) and I think it should hold. If it doesnt, Ill most likely have to take the piece and get it welded, or try to mount some type of bracket to it to hold the weight. Overall, happy but QC could have caught the only issue before it became one. 4 stars overall. Very stylish and great quality!

    Nice bunkbed

Nice sturdy bunk bed. I bought it for my daughter to take to college. It came in an 8x10x20(aprox)box ,110lbs. The only drawback was it took me 3 1/2 hrs to assemble and Im very good a putting things together. Thats why I only gave it 4 stars. Dont know about about long term durability yet. It wasnt hard to understand the instruction. Very clear illustrations and everything was labled. There were just ALOT of pieces to assemble. Its not an open box and snap together product. If you dont mind spending a couple of hrs putting it together I would highly recommend it. SO happy!

    Operation bunk bed assembly

This bed is a PROJECT to put together. I have owned two bunk beds like this in the past and the bed platforms were welded together resulting in only about 8/10pcs to assemble. This bed comes with many, many more pieces / each slat supporting the mattress must individually be assembled / a time consuming process but once assembled this is a nice bed for the kids. My 4/year old simply loves it and I like the spacious feel on the bottom bunk. Plenty of headroom for the person sleeping on the bottom and the bed has a nice solid feel. But other than that its nice

    Nice solid/simple bunk bed

We looked at many many many bunk beds. They really range in price and often the less expensive ones are not very stable. That is not the case with this one. It is very stable and is an excellent value for the money. We are using it at a second home it is perfect and we didnt spend a few thousand dollars. It took the three of us (yes our 9 year old even helped us put it together) about an hour to assemble. The only annoyance are the little clips that secure the support bars you place the mattress on, they are tough to snap in, but not a deal breaker. Definitely looks nice.

    Nice Bed

Some say the assembly is hard. Not too bad, its just takes some time. It took an hour or so. Just make sure when youre assembling the pieces together that the holes that have pieces fitting to them later are facing the right way. It was hard to tell by the instructions which way they go together but if you study it a little it will go together fine. Snapping all the plastic pieces together for the support rods are hard to do with your fingers, use the handle of a screw driver or something to pop them in. The quality is pretty nice for the price. The ladder is a little hard on the feet since the rods are so small but for a kid it would be ok. Very impressed with the quality.
