I wanted a large bench for guests to sit on and this works great. I sewed a cover for the mattress and added pillows. Some of the screw holes werent drilled in all the way so the screws stick out. Otherwise great product. My son loves it!!
I assembled the bed without any issues and it seems to be sturdy. The size is perfect for using as a guest bed in our home office. Unfortunately, the mattress is pretty wimpy, which is why Im only giving this four stars. We spent an additional 100 at Costco to get a memory foam topper for it. My sister stayed with us for a week and said she slept well on the bedI dont think she wouldve said the same without the memory foam topper, though. Very well made.
The aesthetics of the bed are great, if you buy a thick mattress for the below, you will need to get risers. The caster wheels broke after two months and the guests at my Airbnb scratched my hardwood floors from pulling the bed in and out. Its fine.
I ordered this for my sons room and he loves it, however, after making his bed for the 4th time I noticed that his footboard has a crack through the middle of it.
The crack doesnt seem to affect the sturdiness of the bed but I believe its because the holes werent aligned correctly for it so I had to kinda force the board and the rails together. Overall good.
Nice bed frame, though only downfall is that it uses sticky tape to keep mattress in place and the most likely will not last that long if always changing sheets. Also, sheets tend to poke through the bottom. Good value for cost and perfect for guest bedroom. This item is good! Satisfied.
Its held up pretty well for a few months and my kids are pretty hard on things. Both the bed and are used daily. Only real complaint is how loud the bed squeaks. I can hear every move my daughter makes all night. Ok ok
My 17 year old son and I put this together with no problems. Everything was included and even came with a handy tool to make things easier. There isnt much room between the bottom of the main bed and the top of the mattress on the frame under the bed, but it still works. We have this for a few months now and the only complaint I have is the wheels on the bottom bed did bend. My 13 year old said he did jump on it, but I was hoping it would be more sturdy. The bed still rolls out and I will put sliders on it if the wheels actually break off. Right now they are bent. The material of this bed is decent and it doesnt look cheap. Value for money.
This bed looks exactly as pictured, love it. The only thing I wish they fixed is that the bed is low, so if you are putting it on a carpeted room, the mattress has to be thin or youll have trouble pulling it out (I normally need my husbands assistance when we have guests. I just bought bed risers (compatible with flat sides) so its not that pretty, but the guests can pull out the 8 inch mattress. Great!
