The seat cushion is as hard as a rock. Im curious if this softens up a but with frequent use. This is the only negative that I have found so far. Very happy.
I recently had a issue with this product, but the customer service representative Rosio, was able to assist us. We are very happy and pleased with product and their support Value.
I the chair was really nice! Will never order again that FedEx delivers because they are always late, and they leave packages at the wrong location!!! Worth a buy.

Its truly smaller than what I anticipated but it will do. Definitely not for a big person! Well built!!
