it is great! Still comfy, ultra-sturdy, and the reclining doesnt make me feel like I am going to fall. The headrest hasnt even broken off or anything, though it definitely is more flimsy than the rest of this tank-grade chair.
I would certainly recommend it for folks in need of a high-capacity chair.
I looked at a lot of chairs before I decided on this one. I use it in my home office. I find it very comfortable and supportive. For the price, I dont think I could have done better.
Update as of Jan 27 2022.
I contacted customer support about the issue with lumbar support that was hardly adjustable.
The customer support sent me a replacement chair.
The new chair does not have any issue with adjustment on the lumbar support.
I love the chair. Good head and back support when I work from home.
The seat is nice and wide. It allows me to sit on a lotus position with both my legs on the chair.
I was originally planning to get a more expensive chair. I will keep this chair and will continue to use it as it offers good value for my money.
Original review:
The back lumbar support does not adjust 2 inches. It adjusted for less than half inches.
This chair was super easy to put together. Its comfortable, the headrest is adjustable up and down and it tilts. If I had to say anything negative about this chair it would be that the cushion itself is not as thick as I would like it to be. But Im picky. I would definitely buy it again
Overall it is a pretty decent chair. I gave it 4 stars generally just because we got two right side arm rests so the arm rests are slightly wonky. But it is not a huge deal.
I have wasted a lot of money on office chairs over the years. This is NOT one of those instances. I assembled this chair in about 10 minutes, the directions are easy as heck to interpret. The chair compared to others of its size is very light and was no trouble at all to get up stairs. The seat and back are very firm (which I like) and are very comfortable. Not to mention it feels much more sturdy, and it is much cheaper that similar chairs.
Pros: Fairly easy to put together, does what it says, comfortable for long hours, head rest is adjustable up and down, and the design is cool.
Cons: No instructions on how to get it too lean back. I just had to keep winging it. Nearest I can tell, you have to lean it too one of the adjustable angles before it will work. Even from an angle to straight, you got to lean on that angle, before it will release. At least this is what works for me.

Was worried about the head rest, but it is comfortable
