Easy to put together, sturdy, very comfortable! Can sit for a full work day and not feel pain in my back or bottom, and it is so cute. Worth every penny.
The fabric was wrinkled where the armrest meets the back piece. It squeaked when you tilted the chair, so I applied some lubricant which fixed the issue however the height adjustment also made a loud noise when you sat down or was getting up if you had it set to any height other than all the way to the bottom. What a drag this ended up this way. I returned the chair.
The chair is nice, feels sturdy, is comfortable, and looks good. I deducted a star because the chair that arrived didnt have the studs along the front edge like in the pictures, which was a very attractive design feature that I was bummed to not have. Other than that, it seems like it will be a good chair.
The chair is really attractive and comfortable but the hydraulics broke in less than a year. I have to adjust the seat about every 15 minutes now. For the money, I expected more.

Incredibly comfortable and easy to assemble. Came packaged well, but some of the metal frame had cut through the twill in shipping. Its on the underside of the seat back and not very noticeable, but hoping it doesnt compromise the structural integrity/longevity of the chair. Blush pink is beautiful and true to color on web. Feels like sitting on a cloud.
We wanted a nice looking chair because our office is part of our living room. The color is creamy. The fabric is high quality. It looks like a chair 3 times the price. It only gets a B for comfort, but we chose form over function. Easy to assemble.

Perfect to sit cross legged on
Comfortable and I am able to sit cross legged which is how I prefer to sit
