Assembly was a bit obnoxious without written instructions but overall wasnt difficult. After Assembling by myself I highly recommend doing it with another person. In all my daughter loves it. The desk and shelves are a great feature. Everything is nice!
The bed looks and works great! Trying to put it together was such a problem. The way the main part of the bed is constructed is impossible to construct. My 19 year old finally had to beat it together with a hammer. They need to figure out a better way to build this. But it is together and my 11 year old loves it! If it had been up to me putting it together though. I would have given up and sent it back. Better price available for same designs
Ordered this for my 10 year old. Its working out great but it was NOT easy to assemble and if I didnt have a super talented general contractor for a husband I dont think it would have been assembled in one day. Its also not super sturdy feeling / so we ran lags into the wall with U shaped hooks to secure it. It is sturdy and looks beautiful
During assembly a lot of the holes were misaligned and some of the screws wouldnt go in we had to use a tap to get them in. The bed itself is nice and gives us the space we were looking for. It is very wobbly so my 12 year old is kind of nervous going up the ladder. Went together easily
This is a beast to assemble. However, all parts were there. FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTIONS CAREFULLY. We broke a couple of places. Everything went well in the end and this is a great bed, with fantastic space saving capabilities. I was concerned with her climbing up and down no issues at all. We are quite happy with this bed over all. Just be warned / itll take two people. I Would definitely buy again

So I had a bit of confusion at the end one of the shelves doesnt have holes to mount to the frame so Im lost. Dont want to screw them in and ruin the shelf not sure what to do. But its easy to assemble. I had trouble because the instructions arent as detailed as Id like. Just letters and numbers. If you get this bed pay attention and have patience. I would be returning
Most of the pilot holes were off, one of the pieces the instruction manual was very unclear on how to install. Some of the wood split when trying to assemble it, and sadly i didnt realize the bottom bed is not a twin sized bed. It is more like a cross between a twin and a toddler size. Thats my bad, it was probably in the specs. Used the L brackets they gave us to anchor to the wall and the first time my kid climbed up it the l brakets pulled the dry wall anchors out. Now I have gaping holes in my wall. If it was 1/2 the price ID be willing to say I got what I paid for, but im super dissapointrd in this bed. No real way to send it back once you start assembling it. Injust know its not going to make it to its expected useful life. I have to say Im pretty disappointed so far.
