Purchased this for my daughters birthday and she was so happy. Very solid and relatively easy to assemble. It took us a couple of hours for my wife and I to put it together. We ordered ENDY mattresses for the bunks and they fit perfectly. Ladder is sturdy and easy for her to climb. Would definitely order this again. If fact we may order a couple more for our cabin.
Amazing product, backed up by outstanding customer support. When I received the bed, I figured out 2 pieces of legs that had cracks. Called the customer service and they replaced the complete bed. The bed looks sturdy although it took some time to assemble it. The instructions were clear. Kids loving it!!
Good quality product, the wood is solid and with a nice finish. The assembly is easy, finalized in less than two hours alone. Only small downside, the wood is solid but is still easily damaged. With children, the surfaces will not stay smooth for long. But, despite everything, structurally, it remains solid.
Bed is good value for money and can support an adult. Sturdy and easy to assemble, it looks good as well. Only drawback is that some of the slats haven't been properly finished and also they need to be nailed in. But since these go under, overall a good buy
I am very pleased with the quality of this bed. The materials used are better than the Magnolia Home beds that I purchased from Wayfair. Instructions are simple and easy to follow. Two people are recommended when assembling this bed. I somehow managed by myself. needs to be commended for their packaging. Unlike the Magnolia House, which arrived all destroyed during shipping, the arrived without a scratch. I would purchase from them again.
We bought the single bedin natural.
Shipping was quick. It was left outside our door on a rainy day but very well packaged because everything was dry inside. There was a small box inside that said it contained the hardware. It was empty, but I found another box that said the same thing and did have all the hardware, so nothing was missing. I think these 2 small boxes may have been necessary to fill empty space. Everything was neatly packed.
The pieces had a small odor - partly from the wood itself and partly from the finish. We set them out for a few days before assembling and it went away.
Assembly was simple. The large panel piece that goes at the foot of the bed had an edge that didn't look like solid wood. Maybe the manufacturer can explain that.
Everything seems to be good quality and the bed is sturdy. The stickers show as in the picture, but I think this is a good value for the price - I think better than Ikea or non-solid wood beds for a similar price.
If we put it next to the wall, there is almost a 3 gap between the mattress and wall because of the width of the side rail and headboard. Also, it is difficult to find safety rails for a bed without a boxspring. It would be nice if the manufacturer offered a bed with side rails and/or a daybed with a panel against the wall, something like the top half of the bed.
Great bed for my 5 year old daughter. We needed to upgrade her to a full size bed because she flops around a lot while sleeping and has fallen out of the quite a few times. Great price for this bed and excellent quality. Had originally considered getting the Pottery Barn Kids Kendall bed that looks similar but I just couldn't justify the price. This bed turned out great!
