The recliner arrived well packaged in 2 separate boxes. My caregiver asked the UPS driver to bring the boxes in the front door as they were large heavy we never could have moved them. She assembled the chair the electrical connections from the picture instructions. The chair was too SMALL for me difficult to repack return so I donated to my church for use by a smaller elderly person. Considering returning

This chair is perfect! came in 2 boxes and was put together in less than 20 minutes. It is perfect for my 83 year old mother who needs help with standing. Quality is great, its not real leather but looks like it, and the cup holders are a nice touch.

My Mother recently purchased this for my Grandma as she is unable to get up without assistance. This chair is aming it lifts her almost to a standing position so it is easy to help get her up and down now. Thank you soo much it is the best product.

I had problems with getting up and down in the chair, and this chair is remote and is very easy for me to get in and out of.

Physical needs
I am 63 , the chair is not made for a tall person, cant rest my head and feet hang over.no help from in return!! I totally recommend it
