It is worth the money but doing the assembling part takes patience it was not an easy one mostly takes common sense to figured out since the instructions were confusing and not all were written down.Overall I love it. I am so in love with this bed, luckily I had a low rise boxspring (which was recommended) with this it is the perfect height! Exactly what I was looking for! I will say though when you take it out of the boxes its a little overwhelming, toughest part is the drawers, but worth it in the end. Would highly recommend! Thank you ! You wont be dissatisfied
I really love this bed! Its elegant and sturdy. The drawers are perfect. I bought a low profile box spring for about 100 so it wasnt as high and I couldnt be happier! A+ You get what you pay for
We love our new bed!. Its sturdy and stylish!! The instructions were easy to follow. The drawers that come with it are spacious. We did have a shipment issue with one of the boxes, but when I provided the shipping info to customer service they responded right a way, and were prepared to replace the lost shipment. I couldnt be happier with our purchase

Initially, when I was searching for a bed/frame, there were a few that I was deciding between but the reviews about the excellent customer service for this bed/frame were the reason that I chose this particular frame. The bed/frame itself is nice and elegant. The self/assembly was easy and the drawers slide nicely and provide a lot of extra convenient storage. The font size on the instruction sheet is on the smaller end, but the assembly is pretty straight/forward. A power drill is highly recommended for ease of assembly, but not necessary. If you want a bit of extra support, you can nail a few extra support panels, but its not imperative.
Besides the technical qualities of the bed/frame, it is the customer service that I would like to take this time to applaud. I had accidentally broken one of the panels when I had been assembling due to my own incompetence. However, when I contacted their customer service, Amarith not only sent me the correct replacement panel, but also sent me 4 packages in total because the first 3 were initially lost in the mail. The customer service I received was undoubtedly some of the best I have ever experienced, which is so rare as so little of customer service is an actual service to their customers and clients. For this company to be so accommodating and not even asking that I send back the other 3 packages is truly remarkable, and they deserve to be praised.

I read reviews before deciding to purchase. This is a great platform bed for the price. Just have to reinforce it because it comes with as my husband describe them as sticks that wont support the weight of our pillow top mattress. It took my husband about 3/4 hours to reinforce and put together. Oh and by the way, we are having great sex on this bed with no issues. My husband is 64 about 260 lbs and Im 58 and 180 lbs for reference and the bed holds our combined weight. i am enjoying it
