I cannot say enough good things about this bed. It is very well made and sturdy! It have the large tubes for support and hold up to 300lbs on the bottom no issues. Could not be happier! Loving it so far!

Solid Bed, Beware of Cross Threading Bolts During Assembly

Its sturdy enough and I dont feel its going to collapse with two rowdy boys using it. However, I have one complaint about this bed in general and one about the one I received specifically. First and foremost, something is up with the screws and the bolts. They fit very snuggly with each other and as a result, cross/threading is something that could happen very easily because when youre forced to use the hex key to screw the screw in, you dont know if theres resistance early in the process because the bolt is snug or because you are starting to cross/thread. I was lucky enough to wind up cross/threading only one screw but they dont include any extras in the kit so I wound up having to go to the hardware store to replace it . The other problem I experienced was with my particular bed and that was that one of the holes to screw a screw into for the top railing was missing its bolt so there was just a hole punched in the post but nothing to hold the screw. It wasnt a load/bearing screw so I got lucky there and now the top railing is just missing one post screw. Pretty disappointing purchase for the price.
