For the price it is great. I bought the cream colored one to rock my grandson. It swivels and reclines. I am tall so the recliner isnt as long as some for folks with long legs but still works great Good product and definitely a value of a purchase.

Cons im 56 and the chair seat is too long for my legs compared to regular chairs making it hard for my back to reach the back of the chair I have to put extra cushion/pillow. Very unhappy with this product.
Cushioned enough my stitches werent in unbearable pain, wide enough to sit comfy to rock and nurse, back support is spectacular and relieved my pain having proper support and posture, and it swivels to you dont have to compromise on comfort to turn and grab something Would definitely buy again!
I really wanted to love this chair. And I kinda do. I received this as a baby shower gift, it was easy to assemble but after only about a week of barely using it, I decided to give it some solid use. The material is soft, and as of now, the chair works as its designed to, but the metal started scraping and began to leave metal shavings on the floor. Now, this is for a babys nursery, so this will definitely not do.
We reached out to support and they forwarded us to the product support, which I think the company of the chair hired as a third party support. We submitted a claim. Its been about 3/4+ weeks and there has been no update. We submitted all the requested evidence. When we call for a follow up, the third party says theyll get back to us, never does , and Im growing quite impatient as the baby is due any day now and I dont have a nursery chair. I would like this resolved before the baby is here, but no one is giving us a solid answer. Lets also keep in mind its a 700 chair / I would like for it to work as its intended or at least give us some kind of communication. Dont recommend this product.
So took a chance on these chairs wanted to replace my current recliners with something a bit more stylish and chairs that swivel. We host a lot during football season and wanted friends neighbors to be able to chat watch TV with ease of the swivel.
They look fantastic and are super comfortable, I am 61 and I love that they set a bit higher than our old chairs. The lumbar cushion is a plus as it makes you sit up straight. We had neighbors over yesterday big and small and they all really loved them. The only reason I only gave 4 stars because they dont have the option of a charger so you dont see the cord our old chairs had that option, other than that great buy and couldnt be happier.
