Cannot assemble, missing piece. please send a squared metal plate. there is a rounded metal plate where there should be a squared metal plate, so I cannot assemble the chair in its current condition.
EDIT 11/2/ Fortunately, the company did pull through and send us our missing piece, so we were able to assemble the chair. Granted, it took about a month (and a request for a refund), but were glad the error was fixed. If you have any similar issues, definitely get customer service involved; theyre very helpful.
The chair itself is easy to assemble and pretty comfortable. It can sit 2 55 adults. Its about what youd expect for a cheaper chair. The instructions leave some guesswork, but if you assemble it correctly there is nothing wrong with the design. I am so disappointed.
Easy to assemble and great concept (big seat). But arm rest material is thin and uncomfortable as we can now feel the internal structure.

Its a great chair. Im 55 and its exactly what I was looking for. If youre taller, itll be too short for you though. Its wide and spacious to have my kid next to me to read books, its awesome. For about a week I couldnt find the legs and the hardware, because it was under the velcro. The instruction to find it there were also under the velco, so yea Thankfully the seller responded really quickly to tell me that. Otherwise, really great! Very pleased with this purchase
Purchased for our babys nursery and its perfect. Very spacious, me and my husband can both comfortably sit on it together (or me and my two dogs ) comfy sturdy, looks more expensive than it is. Looked at a ton of other options for the nursery for more than double this price, very happy with my decision perfectly fine with it
I just received this item i havent put it together yet when purchasing this items the arms will come in a separate delivery than the rest of the chair the rockers and instructions are in the base of the chair just a heads up. I am very pleased so far
The size, comfort and assembly are perfect. The rocker likes to slide on floor when rocking or getting in and out. I applied the no slip material and its perfect! Just follow the instructions and youll be fine!!

Walks Across the Floor
Could not keep this chair from moving around the room. We tried a rug and on the bare floor, but it would not stay in place. Very happy with product
