Follow assembly directions, which are personal and humorous at times (for example, during the drop test watch your feet!). This is a solid, neutral and inexpensive chair that blends well with my couch for a social distancing option.
The chair was easy to assemble and the color was a nice medium gray sort of tweed like. The cons: this chair is low.almost looks like a chair for a kids room. The seat of the chair is approx 14 from the floor. You can see how much lower it is than the bed which is on a standard frame. Its in a guest room so it wont get much use. I would not get another one just because it is low and size for a smaller statue person.
The chairs were fine for the price as far as looks. However, what could have been an easy assembly was tough because one of the holes for the bolts was not aligned after trying for almost 30 minutes, realized it was a default in the furniture. So now one side is only held together by one bolt so not as sturdy as other side of chair when sitting. Also one of the legs that were included was cracked and chipped.

leg was cracked and on eof the holes was not open to put bolt inside
