Chairs are nice looking and well built. The trick that helped me when putting them together was just to start all the screws, and then once all the screws were started, go and tighten all of them.
One chair was missing a screw, we notified the company and they sent us extra screws right away.

Although these chairs look nice (especially the color) they are impossible to assemble due to holes that are drilled wrong on the backrest bar (Letter B of the instructions). Even though I am mechanically included, I tried to assemble these chairs for over 2 hours and finally gave up. Additionally, do not order unless you are extremely short and enjoy sitting on the floor. They would be very uncomfortable for anyone over 5 feet feet tall. Unfortunately, I must return these chairs and assume the cost for doing so. I am very disappointed.
this is my 3 year old so you know how big it is. My 65 husband fits in it as well. And I must say... I was expecting this chair to be hard to put together because of the comments. And it wasn't!!!! People are saying not to tighten the screws until later. And even the instructions tell you not to! Lol so I dont think some of you people read the instructions. If you tighten the screws once you put them in, then the chair cant morph together, pretty much. But I enjoyed every bit of putting this together. I know Im weird hah. But this was simple, and my kids mixed the screws up, but even then, that was no big deal. The difference is the width of the screw. Because all the small screws are used on the back of the chair for all the bars/support. And the thicker screws are used to put the arm rests/legs on. So all in all this chair is firm but good. Not for lounging because the back isnt that high. Just for a sit hehe

As far as quality goes, both chairs had issues. They would not be sold at a standard furniture store as-is. The imperfections would warrant a steep discount.
I'll start with those. The wooden arm (rests) come attached to the metal. One was attached crooked. Meaning I can't balance my phone, a remote, etc. On it. The other chair arm was damaged and then repaired. You can see at the edge how the wood came off and it was patched. I would've sent these back had I seen that before assembling. It looks CHEAP. See photos for details.
Aside from that, assembly was okay on one chair but the other had off screw holes that took us nearly 2 hours to work around.
The price is okay, but I'm not even sure if they are worth it. They are stable and fairly comfortable though the back support is angled.
They also look more office reception area than West Elm in my opinion.
This chair is gorgeous and super comfortable. As others have mentioned, it looks way more expensive than it is. The assembly only took about 10 or so minutes. I would definitely buy again.
I purchased this chair from warehouse so I got a very good deal it is such a good purchase amazing quality sturdy and simple to assemble I think it is comfortable for guests some reviews disagree
Super happy with the quality and look of this chair! The camel color ia exactly what I was looking for. A chair of this style and under $250 was really hard to find at the time that I looked! Overall assembly was pretty easy and quick! Would buy again and just might for another room!

Shorter than I expected but I really like the colour and sturdiness. The instructions were a bit off but I was able to decipher it.
