I had a lot of difficulty putting this chair together, since the holes in the chair base and the arms didn't match up exactly correctly. Eventually, I was able to assemble it. The chair back is pretty hard, but overall, after some breaking in, I think it'll be a great chair.
Love these chairs but when you put them together do not totally tighten screws during assembly. I had a hard time getting back bracket to line up. Once I loosened all the frame screws you can manipulate frame to line up.
Got this chair for Christmas! It was really difficult to assemble, but at the end of the day I got it done and it was worth it! Its a super great value for the price and feels higher end. I love it!
It's a gorgeous chair and the price isn't too bad. It does scratch very easily which I don't mind. I just wish it didn't have so many prescratches. If you are having trouble assembling, remember not to to tighten the poles in the back too tight until you get the arms attached.
We have a good amount of West Elm furniture in our place, needed something that could mix right into the aesthetic... for the price point, it's perfect. Seems to be good quality, firm cushioning but comfortable, easy to put together and arrived quick. Love it.
I really like this chair and am very happy with it! Perfect for a smaller space. Looks like real leather and like a more expensive chair. Chair is comfortable...firm but comfortable. Easy to put together. Follow directions exactly keeping B bar screws looser. They will tighten automatically when you move that bar to fit into the side pieces and screw them in.

Good quality for price. Took me 20 mins to put together. Slightly shorter than expected but still easy to get in and out of.
