I really liked how there was good documentation with photos, not poorly written English. Also, spare set screws and Allen wrenches were provided. Even white gloves to protect the finish. The shower system is solid and powerful water flow!
Well made beautiful shower head, with hand shower and all items needed to install shower system. My husband loves the rain shower, the design and the look are stunning. Highly recommend this product extremely pleased with the quality
Really love the product only issue is that Ive had a knocking sound that comes from the cartridge. I have contacted the manufacturer and they are sending me a part to correct it. Theyve been very attentive and I really love the look of the product.

This shower system was packaged very well. Each piece was individually wrapped with extreme care.
