I love this shower head My husband was kind of Leary about getting it but he loves it now , it saves water, easy to install And most of all I love the rain shower part .

Customer service want send me new parts, work much better and no leaking so far. I change back to 5 stars. Thank you.
Old feedback: It broke after few weeks later, I didnt even move it. It just broke and wasted my money. This product is very weak and easier to broke.
Im not technically minded nor especially skilled at plumbing but I was able to figure it out without any leaks. Two things to note. The instructions are tiny but if you follow the pictures you should be alright and they pre put the washers in the pieces of the unit and then just give you extras so you do not have to fumble around. In addition, Im very short like 56 so I needed a step stool to tighten everything properly, but once its up I had no problem with ease of use and adjusting the water flow.
We had a low pressure shower head and just wanted something new with a lot of pressure. We saw the shower head on and it had really decent reviews and the waterfall feature was promising. Ill tell you what this is the best shower head I have ever had. You are able to use the handheld either by itself or you can use them both at the same time and it is just wonderful having the pressure Ive been wanting instead of water just trickling down getting me wet. It might be easy to think that this is a bit much to spend on a shower head but it is totally worth it. myforevershowerhead
This shower head package is amazing. The massage function isnt that powerful, in fact I cant tell which setting is even a massage setting but the rain head is awesome and the handle is great.
