I love this shower head. It is the right size for my shower and I love that it has an option to use both the waterfall and the shower head at the same time.
I just installed it after receiving it yesterday 4/1/22. It took me awhile because Im usually horrible about anything handyman-ish. But the instructions were clear, I was just being cautious. After install (IT looks GREAT in my bathroom, btw), I took it for a spin. After figuring out how to make the showerhead and rainfall go at the same time, I have to say. It was almost orgasmic!!! I havent a shower that felt that good in years, at least not in my own home. Dont miss out, dont hesitate. Get this!!!!
Were enjoying the feeling of rainfall in our shower, its much nicer than a standard shower head, and we like the flexibility of switching between the rainfall and handheld shower head. Id give it 5 stars but the mount for the handheld shower head comes apart too easily when taking it off the wall. It goes back on easily, but it doesnt feel as solid as I think it should. Otherwise each component is well-made and the switches between modes are smooth and solid.
A little advice, as the installation manual is extremely minimal: use the nylon tape provided for every connection-the manual only suggests using it for the first pipe, but without it on all connections it will definitely leak - I had to take it apart and reinstall with the tape after the first attempt. Overall installation was pretty easy once I interpreted the orientation of the pictures on the manual to the pieces I had to install.
This shower set up is great for the price point. Definitely feels like an upgrade from what I had. Easy install and after a couple weeks it still holding up.
