This stain was on the arm when it came out of the box. Very disappointed and wonder if there are arm covers available or could we get a credit for the damage?
This navy blue loveseat could use some extra cushion in the armrests. And the backrest could use about ~6 more height. This chair is could also use some velcro on the back pillows which I did provide. Also this chair needs to have included with it. Its pillows shown in the photographs. But all in all. This loveseat is sufficient and nice looking. The fabric seems durable and clean out the box. Pillows are firm but the back pillows could be firmer. Not a hard fix though. Just add more stuffing. Some of the pieces of this chair didnt line up the way I expected them. But Ive ran across these issues too many times over the years to feel a need to complain majorly about it. Unless the chairs parts were too out of whack.
The loveseat now looks good I really like it. However, it didnt tart out that way. The parts didnt all fit together and I even have extra pieces leftover. It sat so low to the ground it looked like a childs playroom furniture or maybe a dog bed. I purchased taller leg risers (from ) now it looks great. I called customer service with no response. I emailed them they responded they had arrangements with that it could be returned. How do you return a piece of furniture thats been (partially) assembled puffed up? I didnt want to return it..I wanted better assembling instructions guidance of the low to the ground appearance. Its hard to belief this is a product. In the end with the help of a drill improvising taller leg risers it looks good.
You can see by these two photos that the cushions all look a little misshapen. They hang over the seat of the sofa and no amount of puffing them up will make them stay that way. Even the upper cushions werent exactly even and they maintained a wrinkled look long after they were supposed to have filled up. I dont recommend it if you want something nice in your living room.
This sofa is soooo uncomfortable! Ive tried to give it time but its so hard that it hurts my back to sit on it. The back cushions are thick so I feel like I hardly have space to sit and Im small. I dont recommend this at all.
Got so excited to put it together. But both zippers on the bottom broke before even getting the cushions in, and one leg wouldnt screw all the way in. It looked used to begin with, multiple scratches on the feet and water stains on the cushion covers.

This couch was a complete disappointment. It would be good for a dorm room, but not an elderly person.

Wood quality is very cheap
Try to give better quality of wood please Because I bought them with a lot of hard earned money
Extremely Small
Item super, super low to the ground small in size. We moved it to our basement. Great purchase for a very condensed space.
