What do you expect for this kind of money? Well, maybe a little better. The instructions for assembly seem to be written by someone in the USA but could have been a little clearer. My main complaint was about the back of the chair where the fit of the back could be better. The hook and loop system of velcro needs improvement. I had to buy more to get the bottom of the back to stick down. If it is going to be against the wall you can probably live with it but mine was going to show.
This is a great quality sofa that is a perfect for apartments or small living places. It is the perfect color (for me). Its also lightweight and can be broken back down into pieces when moving (it doesnt look like it, but can be!). Got it for a great price.
Throw pillows are missing and their support contact either has answering machine, or takes messages and does not return phone calls. No way to get my pillows. No issue with the couch--I have two of them in my waiting room.
I love this love seat. Its the perfect size for my bedroom, and its very comfortable. I placed it to the bottom of my bed. I got the Rye Brown color 61. It took 2 guys about 35 minutes to put it together. If I knew how to post a photo, I would have done so. I am 100% satisfied with this purchase.
Was not sure about buying a couch on line but I am very happy with this purchase. Didnt take long to set up. It was a little smaller than it looked online but is very comfortable. Only thing that I dont like is the seats slide forward if you sit on them for a while and the Velcro that holds the back pillows in place are loud when they move.

The LOVESEAT arrived promptly in a rather small box compared to what we were expecting. After we opened the box and inspected the contents, it seemed at first that not everything was there. So we read the assembly instructions. Turns out, the backs of the two main sections open up via Velcro type fasteners revealing all the additional pieces inside. Wow! What an engineering feat to pack all that stuff in a comparatively small package! Assembly took us about an hour (my wife and I are sixty-three years old) but was EXTREMELY easy and required no tools -- everything could be assembled by hand. And WOW! the final result is AWESOME! The construction is tight and extremely sturdy and the loveseat is gorgeous. I appreciate the easy assembly and my wife appreciates how beautiful it is.
Oh, by the way, we really tried hard to purchase a loveseat locally but nothing we found was as nice and all of them cost at least twice as much. We needed this loveseat for our family room downstairs for when our children visit from out of town.
My wife and I are thrilled and would recommend this loveseat to anyone.

Product was FINE, but delivery to an apartment was ugly...had to get a pickup and retrieve it from shipper
