So far so good. We have remodeled all three of our bathrooms. The bathroom that has this shower head is my favorite. I go downstairs just to use the bathroom with this shower. Quality is great, all metal parts with no plastic. Feels solid, looks modern, works great.
The BEST shower head and system I have used it's like the $3,200.00 ones in the Best hotels. I'm not a handy man so I used a plumber and he said it was made of great material. Does require major work if your doing an remodel, Sheetrock work and hole in tile.
But, once in its pure Heaven!!!!
I love the look! I hate that I can't take a hot shower! Had I known that there is a restriction on the water getting hot, I would not have purchased. But too late now, it's in my wall. The water only gets warm.
This is s Solid, Beautiful fixture! I would recommend and buy this again! Love it! Keep in mind that you may want to mount the hand-held on the opposite side so it won't interfere with your door function.

Just received the shower system and have installed it in the rough framing of my wall. Expect to have it finished in about 2 weeks! Looks good and easy to install. So far it works as designed!

No hot water.
